These Terms of Use govern your use of Fishcamp (fishcamp.space), a shared workspace where teams chat, meet and work with AI agents. Fishcamp is provided by GR Negócios Digitais, CNPJ 29.691.265/0001-65, Av. Luiz Boiteux Piazza, 1302, Sala 13 — Sapiens Park, Florianópolis/SC, 88056-682, Brasil (“GR”, “we” or “us”).
By creating an account, joining a workspace or entering an audio room as a guest, you agree to these terms. If you use Fishcamp on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.
1. What Fishcamp is
Fishcamp gives your team workspaces with text channels and direct messages, an audio room in every channel (voice, camera and screen sharing), meeting links for guests, invite links, per-person transcription, AI routing of transcripts, AI agents, a built-in MCP server, API keys and incoming webhooks.
We improve Fishcamp all the time, so features may be added, changed or removed. When a change takes away something important you rely on, we will tell workspace owners in advance whenever we can.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. Fishcamp has no passwords.
- Keep access to your email and Google account secure: whoever controls them can sign in as you.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and must give accurate information.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
3. Workspaces, roles and members
A workspace belongs to the person or organization that created it. Owners and Admins manage members, invites, channels, integrations, AI agents, API keys and webhooks. Members take part in the channels they can see.
The organization running a workspace decides who joins, which channels have transcription on, which AI agents and integrations are connected and how long content is kept. It is responsible for those choices, including telling its people how the workspace is used.
4. Guests
A guest is someone who joins an audio room through a channel’s meeting link, without an account. The guest types a name and can stay while someone from the team is in the room.
The team member who shares a meeting link is responsible for inviting the guest and for telling them when the room is transcribed. Guests follow these terms while they are in the room.
5. Your content
Messages, files, transcripts and everything else you or your team put in Fishcamp belong to you or to your organization.
You give GR the permission needed to host, store, transmit, display, transcribe and process that content only to run Fishcamp for you, following your workspace’s settings. We don’t sell your content and don’t use it for advertising.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to share the content you post, and that it doesn’t break the law or other people’s rights.
6. Transcription and AI
- Transcription only runs in channels where it is turned on, and everyone in the audio room can see when it is running.
- Speech is turned into text as it happens. The audio is used only for that and is then discarded; only the text is kept.
- Before transcribing a conversation, tell the people in it and get their consent when the law requires it. That includes guests and people outside your organization.
- When an audio room closes, an AI reads the transcript and picks a destination: save it as minutes, hand it to the channel’s AI agents or discard it. When it isn’t confident, it waits for a person. People in the channel can change the decision.
- AI can be wrong. Transcripts, routing decisions and messages written by AI agents may contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them for important decisions.
7. AI agents and integrations
AI agents that your workspace connects are services you or third parties run. They act with the key, the channels and the autonomy level your workspace gives them, and messages they post carry an AI label.
Data your workspace sends to an agent’s webhook, to OpenSync or to any other integration goes to the destination you configured, under that service’s own terms. GR is not responsible for services it does not run.
8. API keys, MCP and webhooks
- API keys and incoming webhook URLs are secrets. Keep them safe, don’t share them publicly and revoke them as soon as you suspect a leak.
- A key acts on behalf of the person who created it, inside one workspace and with the scopes it was given. Keys can’t perform admin actions.
- Respect the rate limits and don’t use the API to get around the product’s rules or another workspace’s boundaries.
9. Acceptable use
When using Fishcamp, you agree not to:
- break the law, or post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or that exploits anyone;
- record or transcribe people without the consent the law requires;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- send spam, malware or phishing;
- try to reach workspaces, channels or data you don’t have access to, or test, probe or bypass our security without written permission (report vulnerabilities to security@fishcamp.space);
- overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
10. Price
Fishcamp is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans or usage limits, we will tell workspace owners in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
11. Availability
We work to keep Fishcamp available and secure, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service, and Fishcamp has no service level agreement at the moment. We may need to pause it for maintenance, updates or security reasons, and we will tell you in advance when we can.
12. Leaving, suspension and termination
You can stop using Fishcamp at any time. To close your account or delete a workspace you own, write to hello@fishcamp.space; requests about personal data can go to privacy@fishcamp.space.
We may suspend or close accounts, workspaces, keys or webhooks that break these terms, put other people or the service at risk, or when the law requires it. When we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
13. Intellectual property
Fishcamp’s software, brand, illustrations and documentation belong to GR. These terms don’t transfer any of them to you; they give you the right to use Fishcamp as described here.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Fishcamp without any obligation to you.
14. Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Fishcamp is provided as it is, and GR is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data caused by the use of the service, by AI mistakes or by services run by third parties, including agents and integrations your workspace connects.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited, including those under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law 8,078/1990) when it applies.
15. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the product or the law changes. The version in force is always on this page, with its effective date. We will tell you about important changes in advance, by email or in Fishcamp. If you keep using Fishcamp after a change takes effect, the new version applies.
17. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, without prejudice to the right of consumers to file a claim where they live.
